I'm no longer receiving my daily deal update. How do I fix this?

Updating your notifications is simple. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to Jane.com.

  2. Click Login in the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. Log in and then click your name in the top-right corner of the screen.

  4. Click Order History or View Account.

  5. Click the Notifications tab, which is the last tab option. There you can select which emails you’d like to receive, and how often you want to receive the daily deals email. If you’re still not receiving emails after this, check your Junk Mail.
