My card was canceled and I still have pending orders, what should I do?

As long as the account wasn’t closed your order will be able to process since we already have the funds in pending status. If for some reason there is still a concern, or you need a little bit more explaining, we’ve got your back. Contact support@jane.com and we will get your order taken care of.
