How do I change my shipping address?

Send your updated shipping address to support@jane.com and we will take care of the rest—that’s why they pay us the big bucks. If your order is processing and the address needs to be updated, you will need to contact the seller directly. Since each seller handles the shipping of their own items, contacting them directly is the fastest way to get this fixed. Use subject line ‘Shipping Address Correction’ so they know it is urgent.
