I entered the wrong shipping address—how can I fix it?

Dang we hate when that happens. No sweat though, it can be taken care of for you as long as the item has not shipped. Since each seller handles the shipping of their own items, the best and fastest way to get this fixed is to contact them directly. Use subject line ‘Shipping Address Correction’ so they know it is urgent. If for some reason you do not hear back from the seller within 24 hours, go ahead and shoot us an email support@jane.com, and we will contact the seller with the new shipping address.
