How do I return an item?

I am sorry your order did not work out for you. Per our Refund/Return policy, you have 14 days from when you received your order to return/exchange your item. You will need to arrange your return/exchange with the seller directly. If you are returning the item, your refund (minus shipping) will be issued as soon as the seller receives your returned merchandise. If the item was damaged or incorrect, the shipping cost will also be refunded. 

The sellers contact info can be found in the 'My Order' section of your Jane Account. If you have any questions, or the seller doesn't respond within 2 business days please email support@jane.com.
