How do I return an item?

We’re sorry your order didn’t work out! You have 14 days from when you received your order to return/exchange your item. Please contact the seller to arrange your return/exchange. If you’re returning the item, your refund (minus shipping) will be issued as soon as the seller receives your returned merchandise. If the item was damaged or incorrect, the shipping costs will also be refunded. If you have any questions or the seller doesn't respond within two business days, please email support@jane.com.
