I am not happy with my order. How do I get a refund?

We’re sorry you aren’t happy with your order! Here’s how to arrange for a refund:

1.     Contact the seller or support@jane.com within 14 days of receiving your item to arrange for a refund.

2.     Contact the seller directly for details on sending your item back.

3.     After the seller receives the returned merchandise, your money will be refunded to you.

4.     Refunds don’t include shipping costs unless the item(s) were damaged or incorrect.
